- When you create a vendor account: Business name, bank/M-Pesa details, ID
- Automatically: IP address, browser info, cookies to make the site work
2. How we use your info
- To process and deliver your orders
- To let vendors contact you about your order
- To improve Pickora and prevent fraud
- To send you updates if you agree
3. Who we share it with
- Vendors: We share your name, address, phone with the vendor selling you the product so they can deliver it
- Payment partners: M-Pesa, banks, and payment companies to process payments
- By law: If required by Tanzanian law
- We do NOT sell your data to anyone.
4. Cookies
- We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. You can turn them off in your browser, but some parts of Pickora may not work.
5. How long we keep it
- We keep your account and order information for as long as you have an account with us.
- We may keep some order data longer to meet tax and legal requirements in Tanzania.
- You can ask us to delete your account anytime by emailing support@pickora.my
