Vendor Terms and Conditions for Pickora
By registering as a vendor on Pickora, you agree to the following:
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities under your vendor account. Keep your login details safe.
2. Products & Listings
- All products must be legal, authentic, and accurately described.
- No prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items allowed.
- You must provide correct pricing, stock, and shipping information.
3. Orders & Customer Service
- You must process and ship orders within the time frame promised.
- You are responsible for responding to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
- Refunds and returns must follow Pickora’s refund policy.
4. Commission & Payments
- Pickora will deduct a commission from each sale as stated in your vendor agreement.
- Payments to vendors will be processed according to Dokan’s withdrawal schedule.
5. Prohibited Actions
You may not: spam, sell fake products, misuse customer data, or violate any laws.
6. Termination
Pickora reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you agree to the new terms.
